1. Inclusions
Three nights accommodation at the Stamford Plaza Hotel, Cnr Robey and O'Riordan Street Mascot Sydney, All meals listed on the programme are included.
2. Not Included
Room service, telephone, mini-bar, pay per view movies, laundry and all other personal expenses. Please note that NO AIRFARES are included in the Study Tour registration fee. Attendees need to make their own travel arrangements.
3. Networking
As one of the aims of the Study Tour is to encourage networking between delegates, all participants must stay with the tour group at the Study Tour Hotel. There will be no discount or refund for anyone not staying at the Study Tour hotel.
4. Registration

5. Cancellation
After payment of any monies the following refund policy shall apply where the registrant wishes to cancel for any reason:
Up to 11 December 2009: 50% refund
After 11 December 2009: No refund
6. Dress Code
The recommended attire for all office visits, events and functions is Smart Casual. Please . . . no jeans, shorts, joggers, T-shirts or caps.
