Why The Best Practice Awards?
Role models are needed in every area of life, so that those new to a chosen activity or career path can learn from experienced practitioners how to achieve success.
Too many of today’s so-called role models have achieved publicity and recognition by presenting an appealing facade. Their success is often short term and behind it are few habits and values worth emulating.
The purpose of the Best Practice Awards, presented annually at The Best Practice Retreat, is to recognise formally the Australian and New Zealand real estate industry’s true heroes.
The acceptance of a Best Practice award carries well-deserved recognition along with tremendous responsibility. After all, its recipients are the role models the next generation can refer to with pride:
“One day I want to be just like that person.”
